OUR STORY
Wayne and Lisa Engen are proud owners of RTD, a thriving enterprise based in Farmington, AR. The company traces its roots back to Northwest Wisconsin. In 2016, the dynamic duo made the strategic decision to relocate, bringing their passion and expertise to the scenic landscapes of Arkansas.
With an impressive legacy spanning over 25 years in the Performance Industry, Wayne Engen stands as a seasoned veteran. His extensive experience spans a wide range, from providing engines for dirt track stock cars, some of which went on to claim national championships, to a lifelong journey as a devoted motorcycle enthusiast. Wayne’s love for Harley bikes sparked a fascination for precision tuning.
While making numerous fruitless visits to various motorcycle shops in northwestern Wisconsin, Wayne recognized a gap in the market. He saw an opportunity to establish himself as a motorcycle expert and fill the void. This led to the emergence of RTD as a beacon of knowledge and skill, catering to the needs of motorcycle enthusiasts and riders alike.

Wayne Engen, a distinguished leader with a remarkable 25-year legacy in the Performance Industry, is a seasoned veteran. With a broad spectrum of experience, he has contributed to the success of dirt track stock cars, many of which have secured national championships. Wayne’s lifelong dedication to motorcycles, fueled by his passion for Harley bikes, has led him on a journey marked by precision tuning and unwavering enthusiasm.

Lisa Engen
Lisa boasts an impressive career spanning over two decades in various accounting fields. Her expertise encompasses audits, tax preparation, IRS representation, among others. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lakeland University and a Masters degree in Taxation from Liberty University. Furthermore, she is an IRS Enrolled Agent. Lisa maintains active affiliations with esteemed organizations such as the Institute of Management Accountants, the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Farmington Chamber of Commerce.
